Enviros provides a full plant commissioning and operation service.
Our plants are simple to operate and the client normally operates the plant, after the initial biological start-up, when Enviros provides comprehensive training. This provides the most cost effective project staffing .
However, we have operated our plants, for in excess of 1 year, on occasions when required. Under such circumstances our technician visits the site on a regular basis. These visits are backed up by the ability to regularly “log on” remotely and view the site’s computer operating system (SCADA system), and by a warning system which alerts the operator to any fault through use of his mobile phone.
Very occasionally, as is inevitable with widely varying leachate type and strength over the life of a landfill, things do go wrong with the process long after the end of the initial maintenance period.
Should this happen at any time, Enviros provides a troubleshooting service. Over the past 20 years plus, we think that almost very conceivable event has occurred in one of our plants at some time; for us to cure.
We therefore very confidently offer a process problem troubleshooting service, for activated sludge and related biological processes.
